By accessing, browsing, or using the SARMION website (the "Platform"), including any services, tools, quote systems, or order flows made available through it, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms").
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and refrain from placing any orders or submitting any files.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered users, clients, and any party submitting project files, requests, or orders.

SARMION is a technology-driven engineering and manufacturing platform. We provide a range of professional services to individuals, startups, SMEs, and industrial clients. Our core offerings include:
SARMION reserves the right to modify, expand, or discontinue any service offering at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee permanent availability of any specific service listed above.
User Responsibilities
By using the SARMION Platform, you agree to the following obligations and responsibilities. These apply at all times during your use of our services.
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when contacting us or placing an order
- Upload only files that you own or have the legal right to manufacture
- Specify your project requirements clearly and in good faith
- Respect quoted lead times and respond promptly to technical clarifications
- Use our services only for lawful purposes compliant with Moroccan law and applicable international regulations
- Submit files you do not own or that infringe on any third party's intellectual property
- Upload files containing malware, corrupted data, or obfuscated harmful content
- Misrepresent the intended use of a design, part, or product
- Attempt to circumvent the quote, order, or review process through deceptive means
- Use the Platform to obtain manufacturing for prohibited or restricted items
SARMION is not required to verify the legal status of every file submitted. However, if we identify a concern, we will contact you before proceeding or will decline the request entirely. Repeated violations may result in suspension of access to the Platform.
Intellectual Property
SARMION fully respects the intellectual property rights of its clients. The following principles govern all files, designs, and materials shared through our Platform:
- You retain full ownership of all designs, CAD files, models, drawings, and any other technical materials you upload or share with SARMION.
- By submitting files, you grant SARMION a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access, process, and use those files solely for the purpose of fulfilling your quote request or manufacturing order.
- SARMION will not reproduce, distribute, publish, or share your files with any third party outside the scope of your project without your explicit written consent.
- SARMION will not claim ownership of, or commercial rights to, any design submitted by a client.
Conversely, all content on the SARMION Platform itself — including our website design, branding, logos, documentation, text, and proprietary processes — is the exclusive intellectual property of SARMION and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written authorisation.
Prohibited Use
The SARMION Platform may not be used to design, manufacture, or facilitate the production of items that are illegal, dangerous, restricted, or ethically prohibited. The following categories are strictly forbidden:
- Weapons and firearms: Any component, part, housing, or accessory intended for use in a firearm, offensive weapon, or device designed to cause bodily harm.
- Illegal items: Any product whose manufacture, possession, or distribution is prohibited under Moroccan law or applicable international treaties.
- Counterfeit products: Reproduction of trademarked, patented, or proprietary designs belonging to third parties without authorisation.
- Safety-critical misuse: Structural, medical, or safety-critical components submitted without appropriate engineering certification or regulatory compliance.
- Surveillance and harmful devices: Covert surveillance equipment, signal jammers, or any device designed to cause harm, intercept communications, or violate the privacy of others.
- Drone weaponisation: Any modifications or parts intended to arm, weaponise, or convert a civilian drone or UAV for offensive purposes.
We acknowledge that some engineering domains — such as defence, security research, and law enforcement — involve legitimate and regulated applications. If your project falls within a regulated domain, please contact us directly to discuss compliance documentation requirements before submitting any files.
Quotes & Pricing
SARMION provides pricing estimates through its online quote request system. Please read the following carefully before relying on any quote received:
Payments
SARMION operates on a payment-before-production policy for all manufacturing and design services. The following payment conditions apply to all orders:
- Full payment is required before production or design work begins. No manufacturing, prototyping, or engineering work will be initiated until payment has been confirmed.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, mobile payment, and other methods communicated at the time of order confirmation. Specific methods may vary based on your location and the nature of the service.
- Currency: All invoices are issued in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) unless a different currency is explicitly agreed in writing for international clients.
- Invoices are issued upon order confirmation and must be settled within the payment terms specified therein (typically within 5 business days for new clients).
- Large or complex orders may require a deposit of up to 50% upfront, with the balance due prior to shipping or file delivery.

Shipping & Delivery
SARMION delivers both physical products and digital deliverables. The following terms govern how and where we deliver our services:
- 3D printed parts, prototypes, and fabricated components are shipped within Morocco only
- Delivery is carried out through our partner logistics providers across all Moroccan regions
- Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order confirmation and are not guaranteed
- Risk of loss transfers to the client upon handover to the carrier
- SARMION is not liable for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather, or customs
- CAD files, engineering reports, design deliverables, and research documents can be delivered internationally
- Digital files are delivered via secure file transfer (email or a shared platform) upon payment clearance
- Delivery timelines for digital services are agreed upon in the project scope
- SARMION is not responsible for file corruption during transfer once delivery is confirmed
Shipping fees are not included in manufacturing quotes unless explicitly stated. All applicable shipping costs will be communicated prior to order confirmation and will appear on the final invoice.
Limitation of Liability
While SARMION is committed to delivering high-quality engineering and manufacturing services, the following limitations of liability apply to all users and orders:
- Misuse of manufactured parts: SARMION bears no responsibility for any damage, injury, loss, or legal consequence arising from the improper, unsafe, or unlawful use of any part or product manufactured by SARMION to client specifications.
- Client-supplied design errors: SARMION manufactures parts based on files and specifications provided by the client. We are not responsible for defects or failures resulting from errors in the client's original design, including incorrect tolerances, unsupported geometries, or inappropriate material selection.
- Consequential damages: SARMION shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
- Third-party design input: Where the client provides designs developed by a third party, SARMION is not responsible for verifying the accuracy or fitness of those designs. The client assumes full responsibility for obtaining the necessary rights and ensuring design correctness.
- Maximum liability: To the extent permitted by Moroccan law, SARMION's total liability in connection with any single order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that order.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes to Terms
SARMION reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms of Use at any time, at its sole discretion. Changes may be made to reflect:
- Updates to our services, pricing structures, or delivery capabilities
- Changes in Moroccan law or applicable regulations
- Improvements to our operational or legal policies
- Feedback from clients or identified gaps in current Terms
When material changes are made to these Terms, SARMION will update the "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page. For significant updates, we may also notify registered users via email where reasonably practicable.
If you disagree with any modification to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may contact us to resolve any outstanding orders or obligations.
